Bay Scallops and Shrimp Scampi

Tiny sweet bay scallops and young gulf shrimp are broiled in scampi butter, and served over sauteed vegetables with lemon butter.

Low-fat cottage cheese or freozen yogurt is served with our freshly cut fruit salad, an array of seasonal berries, and small tossed salad..

A fresh filet of sole is wrapped around crab meat stuffing and oven baked. Served with fresh vegetables and rice pilaf.

Portobella mushroom raviolisauteed with artichokes, wild mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes, and fresh garlic. Finished with grated Parmesan cheese.

An eight ounce choice New York strip steak broiled to your liking and topped with a caramelized garlic and mushroom sauce.  Served with roasted baby red potatoes and sautéed vegetables.

Young gulf shrimp are marinated in lemon grass and fresh pineapple. Tossed with fire-roasted sweet red pepper, cilantro, and thinly sliced romaine hearts.

Thinly sliced turkey and ham grilled with Swiss cheese on egg dipped Texas toast. Served with a side of maple syrup.

Boneless breast of chicken is broiled and topped with smoked ham, bacon, and steamed broccoli. Finished with sharp Cheddar sauce
on toasted baguette.
