Home-style Breakfast Bake or Quiche of Choice - We prepare our breakfast bake with seasoned bread, tomatoes, onions, bacon, provolone and cheddar cheese, oven baked with fresh eggs accompanied by freshly cut seasonal fruit

White Inn Quiche - Classically prepared with onions, bacon and cheeses also served with fresh seasonal fruit

Decadent Stuffed French Toast - Homemade thick sliced bread is dipped in a classic brown sugar and cinnamon batter, grilled golden brown and layered with a vanilla cream cheese filling, a dusting of powdered sugar and garnished with seasonal fruit compote

Chefs Omelet Table - An array of fresh ingredients are prepared by the chef to order with a variety of cheeses, vegetables accompanied by home fries and homemade buttermilk biscuits with clover honey and butter

The Hearty Country Inn Buffet - Light and fluffy buttermilk pancakes are prepared with your choice of (choose 1) wild blueberries, banana, raspberry, strawberry or chocolate chips grilled golden brown with your choice of bacon, sausage and / or grilled ham, maple syrup, whipped butter or fresh fruit compote (authentic grade a New York State maple syrup is available at the market price)
